Warranty & RMA

Returns are OK within 30 days from delivery of your order and after obtaining an RMA #. Please briefly explain in “Your Message” field why you returning your item. We will email your RMA usually within 2 ‘working’ days. For regularly-stocked items, just send the item back for a full refund but any item w/o RMA or with ‘significant’ mechanical damage will not be accepted. For custom items, we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee. If the item is defective, we’ll repair or exchange it at ‘no cost’ to you.
Every item we sell is covered by a 1-year warranty. If any defects appear, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you. In the event the item has been discontinued and is unrepairable, you will be offered a new, comparable item of equivalent value. We’re located in San Francisco, California.
